Samia, Consultant in policy in education
After my Sciences Po Grenoble masters, I was looking for a stimulating working environment, allowing me to combine my taste for research and innovation with experience in strategic consulting. I was able to develop my skills in project management specific to the education sector, working on cross-cutting assignments entrusted by the Ministry of National Education as a Junior Consultant at EFFIOS. In addition, I was asked to coordinate the activities of the Research and Innovation Association for Education and Training Policies (Aripef) and to participate in the creation of a European network of education decision-makers.
Mamadou, full stack developer
Self-taught, I had the opportunity to join EFFIOS in parallel with my training in full stack web development. My mission is to contribute to the improvement of a deployment tool specific to education policies. This concrete experience allows me to better understand the issues related to data processing, by making the link between the Ministry of National Education and new technologies.
Flavien, Université de Technologie de Troyes
Future engineer in Software Project Management at the University of Technology of Troyes, I spent six months of my gap year at EFFIOS as an intern. Integrated on the GAR project of the Ministry of National Education and Youth, I initiated the developments of the CRM to frame the data management of partners. The agility of the team and the constant relationships with the customer, the collaboration with experts in the field of CRM make the developments interesting and really allow to rise in competence in many areas. There are always things to do!
The strengths of development at EFFIOS: the use of open source tools, collaboration with major public actors and the possibility of experimenting and implementing new methods throughout the developments.
Matthieu, Sciences Po Paris
As a Master’s student in Public Policy, Digital & New Technologies, I completed my first internship at EFFIOS. The great strength of the firm lies in the great diversity of the subjects on which we are called upon to work and the variety of tasks that may be entrusted to us. Nothing better to spend 6 months in a rich and stimulating environment, all in a pleasant, relaxed and rare atmosphere!
I had the opportunity to contribute to the GarageLAB project, in particular to the development of its e-learning, but also to work for the Ministry of National Education and Youth on the GAR project, the ENI Foundation Project and the study on project evaluations and scientific papers on teacher training by ICT in sub-Saharan Africa.
